Project Inquiry Privacy Notice

1. What we collect. Your name, email, organization and industry if supplied, selected service, project summary, workflow description, desired outcome, budget range, preferred start, and language. We also record your consent version and time, a receipt/request identifier, and technical data for duplicate detection and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it. We use the brief to assess the project, keep track of the inquiry, and contact you by email about possible next steps. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. An inquiry is not an accepted project or an agreed quote.
3. Private handling. Your brief is not listed publicly or added to the Wish Pool. Only authorized studio staff can access it. We use Cloudflare to host this website and store inquiry data.
4. Technical data. We use a salted hash of the request IP for abuse prevention; the inquiry database does not store the raw IP. Request identifiers and hashes help avoid duplicate records. The browser keeps your language choice; your project brief and contact details are not saved in browser storage.
5. Your information and project terms. Send only information needed for an initial discussion. Do not send passwords, customer records, or regulated sensitive data. Submitting does not create an NDA, a delivery agreement, or permission to reuse private material in a public product. Any such terms must be agreed separately. The Wish Pool submission license does not apply to this private form.
6. Corrections or deletion requests. To request a correction or deletion, send a follow-up brief through Build With Us using the same email and include your receipt reference. We will review it manually and may need to confirm that the request is yours.
